Mxolisi Mgojo is the President of Business Unity South Africa (BUSA) and has a distinguished career spanning over four decades across multiple industries. He began his professional journey as a software engineer, spending a decade in the technology sector, followed by eight years in investment banking.

Nonkululeko Nyembezi is a seasoned business leader and current Chairman of the Business Leadership South Africa (BLSA) board, as well as Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Standard Bank Group and Standard Bank South Africa.

Cas Coovadia is the outgoing CEO of Business Unity South Africa (BUSA), having served in this role since April 2020. He previously spent 15 years as Managing Director of The Banking Association South Africa (BASA), where he established the organisation as a leading voice for the banking sector.

Dr Anthony Costa is the Head of Secretariat for B20 South Africa, leading the preparations for the 2025 B20 Summit. He was previously part of the Private Office of the President of South Africa, where he spearheaded the President’s Investment Mobilisation Programme and worked on government-private sector initiatives.

Busisiwe Mavuso is the CEO of Business Leadership South Africa (BLSA), a role she has held since July 2019. Before this, she was the organisation’s Chief Operations Officer and previously served as Managing Director of the Black Management Forum (BMF).

Khulekani Mathe is the incoming CEO of Business Unity South Africa (BUSA). Since joining BUSA in February 2023, he has served as Deputy CEO, overseeing operations, policy coordination, and strategic stakeholder engagement.
