Busi Mabuza is the former Chairperson of the IDC (2015 - Jul 2025), the largest national development finance institution in sub-Saharan Africa. She also serves as the Chair of the South African chapter of the BRICS business council, as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Ninety-One plc and is the Lead Independent Director of Tsogo Sun Gaming Limited. She has held several non-executive directorships, including appointments as chair of the board of Airports Company South Africa Limited. Busi was also previously a partner at Ethos Private Equity Proprietary Limited.
