On 19 August 2025 in Johannesburg, Duke Corporate Education, in partnership with the International Women’s Forum South Africa and Africa Women Chartered Accountants, will convene the annual Women Leading Change summit under the theme “Reimagining the World With Courage.”

This high-impact gathering brings together visionary leaders from business, policy, innovation, and academia to explore how inclusive leadership can unlock growth, resilience, and systemic transformation. From AI ethics to national development, and from empathy-driven leadership to innovation rooted in human values, the summit creates space for actionable dialogue and bold commitments.

B20 South Africa’s Sherpa, Cas Coovadia, will speak at the event, sharing insights on the intersection between gender equity, sustainable economic growth, and global policy influence.
